Jacuzzi has a great property with some lovely views from their tower. The wines are excellent and the tasting is accompanied by a sampling of their olive oils. Their wines include several Italian varietals which aren't my favorite but they are well crafted wines. But overall, I had a great time visiting this lovely property at the southern end of Sonoma. I look forward to my next visit with friends.

BR Cohn has some very strong value wines. I especially enjoyed their cab and their less expensive pinot. You can finish your tasting with chocolate and port which I think is a nice treat. The gift shop is a bit cluttered for my liking but the staff is very friendly. I'm sure that you'll have a nice tasting experience here.

I like the feel of this place. It's nice to mix it up in Napa and see some of the more modern wineries as well as the classics. Whitehall is definitely on the modern side of the spectrum. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I really like their wines especially the reserve cab. It's worth a bottle in my opinion.

Miner is a nice spot with one of the best tasting staffs in the Valley. Their tasting room is fairly small and intimate but the service is terrific. I learned a lot of interesting things about their wines during my visit. The Oracle is a well crafted red but not quite designed for my palate - plus I think it's a little on the pricey side. Others disagree (including some in my group). I really liked the Chardonnay though and think that is the best choice for the money.

I think that Cakebread is one of the nicest looking wineries in Napa. No spectacular views or anything but really nice grounds and really well maintained buildings. In general, I think that their wine is good but a little pricey. On my visit, I really enjoyed the Sauvignon Blanc and Cab. I was surprised since Sauv Blanc is usually not my favorite varietal. Service was good and $10 for a tasting is not bad value in Napa these days. Not sure that I will be back but I had a good experience there.
