Silver Oak Vinyards make a fantastic Cab, one you will often find at dinner priced for over $300/bottle. The tasting room was under renovation due to a fire at the time but they still cracked a bottle for us (3 people) and we had the chance to enjoy that.

Ended up buying about 6 bottles, think I am on the last one, will have to come back for more soon.
