We have visited this winery a couple of times and both times the customer servise was horrible.
We were there this past weekend Nov. 7,2009 for the wine and food event being held in Sonoma. We get there to be told they no longer have any food left and that they weren't opening any more wine so thus they only had one wine to taste and the event went to 4 pm and we got there at 3:30. So they told us to go up front and taste there and the same thing all the people working there had a horrible attitude and kept reminding us they had been there since 10:00 am, in my opinion if you love your job you don't have to tell anyone how long you have been there, if you don't love your job please stay home.

Served at the Whitehouse is their claim to fame and you can see why! The champagne style wines gave a broad range of flavours enough to satisfy most pallets from the sweeter US favoured styles to the older yeasty French dominated styles. The flooding on the road meant we had a considerable detour to get to the tasting room but it was well worth it. The host Damon was great, knew a lot about the wines and wine making in general. The tasting area gave great views over the nearby valley and added to the rustic setting and tasting experience. Their still wines (chardonnay and Pinot) were also very good quality and the star surprise for me was the T-T BDX 3 (strange name, good taste)
