Their service was awesome. The girl who was giving the taste was really friendly and helpful giving me information about other varietals in the area (I was interested in Malbec since I come from Argentina).
Their wines were better than I expected. I was also surprised by their Chardonnay. I highly recommend it! YuM!
Still, I think the whole experience could be better if they made better use of their outdoors space.

Great wine tasting experience at PlumpJack during a recent trip to Napa Valley. I have always enjoyed their reds, but was blown away by their Chardonnay. The winery is owned by Gavin Newsom, San Francisco's current mayor. Very young, fun feel to the grounds, though we were disappointed to learn that they don't allow for picnics despite having ample outdoor space.
