Schramsberg is probably my favorite winery in the valley. They make superb wines (it is the official sparkling of every White House since Nixon) and are the only American winery to have real champagne caves. Their tour is great - we love taking our out of town guests there- but if you are in the wine club, they have a special tasting for you. We have often gotten private tasting in the caves. They make excellent wines -- The Reserve or JSchram are my favorties. It's definitely worth a visit.
